NxtDoc is a student-led counselling platform helping NEET and KCET aspirants navigate admissions. We are based in Karnataka, India. For any privacy-related queries, contact us at our WhatsApp community or Instagram (@nxtdoc).

2. Information We Collect

When you create an account or use our services, we collect:

• Personal Information: Full name, email address, phone number
• Academic Information: NEET/KCET rank, category (GM, OBC, SC, ST etc.), state of domicile
• Payment Information: Plan purchased (Basic/Premium), payment status. We do NOT store card details — payments are processed by Razorpay.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used (via Google Analytics)
• Document Checklist Progress: Which admission documents you've marked as ready
• Referral Information: Referral name used when signing up (if any)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide personalized NEET/KCET counselling guidance
• To assign a dedicated college representative (Premium plan)
• To send counselling updates, cutoff alerts, and important dates via WhatsApp
• To verify payments and activate your plan
• To process referral rewards
• To improve our platform and services

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase Firestore, a cloud database with enterprise-grade security. We use Firebase Authentication for secure login. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.

Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. NxtDoc does not store any card or banking credentials.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We may share limited data with:

• Assigned Campus Representatives: Only your name and rank (Premium plan students)
• Razorpay: For payment processing
• Google Analytics: Anonymized usage data to improve our platform

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how students use our website. This collects anonymized data like pages visited and time spent. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google Analytics.

7. Your Rights

• Access: You can view your data in your student dashboard at any time
• Correction: Contact us to update any incorrect information
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Portability: Request a copy of your data by contacting us

8. Children's Privacy

NxtDoc is intended for students aged 17 and above (NEET/KCET aspirants). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us immediately.

9. No Guarantee Disclaimer

NxtDoc provides counselling guidance and information. We do not guarantee admission to any medical college. Admissions depend on your rank, category, seat availability, and other factors beyond our control. We guarantee our best efforts to improve your selection chances.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via our WhatsApp community. Continued use of NxtDoc after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
